This dataset consists of the Difference Model (dsm - dtm) - known as diff in the archive - from the NEXMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap.
-
This dataset links together all NEXTMap products by OS Grid tile - e.g. the sn60 directory brings together links various products from the OS Grid covering the Bristol Channel. These data products are on various resolutions and include the following products: Difference model (dsm - dtm) Data Digital Surface Model (DSM) Data Digital Terrain 10m resolution (DTM10) Model Data Digital Terrain 50m resolution (DTM10) Model Data Digital Terrain (DTM) Model Data Enhanced Digital Terrain (DTME) Model Data Orthorectified Radar Image (ORI)
-
This dataset consists of the Orthorectified Radar Image (ORI) from the NEXMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap. These data have a 1.25m spatial resolution available over the British Isles.

This dataset consists of the Digital Surface Model (DSM) from the NEXMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap. These data have a spatial resolution of 5m and cover the British Isles.

NEXTMap Britain digital terrain model dataset, produced by Intermap, was derived from airborne Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR). It enabled large areas of the country to be covered rapidly and at very high spatial resolution. The data were acquired by the British Geological Survey (BGS) and are for use by NERC funded researchers only. It was originally commissioned by Norwich Union Insurance to aid in the estimation of flood risk, but has tremendous potential as a scientific research tool. The dataset covers all of England, Wales and Scotland. Data are arranged into Ordnance Survey / British National Grid tiles of 10 x 10 km, each denoted by a 4-charcter name, e.g. TL63 based on the OS National Grid coordinates of the southwest corner of the square. Products provided include: Digital surface mode (dsm) Digital terrain model (dtm) Difference model (dsm - dtm) Digital terrain model at 10m resolution Digital terrain model at 50m resolution Digital terrain model, enhanced (manually edited to remove embankments etc.) Orthorectified radar image (ori) The data covering Northern Scotland (North of the Midland Valley) are only available as diff, dsm, dtm and ori products. This dataset has been archived at the NEODC for the use of NERC scientists outside of BGS and CEH (who have made their own arrangements for internal distribution of the data).

This dataset consists of the Enhanced Digital Terrain Model (DTME) from the NEXTMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap. These data have a spatial resolution of 5m and cover the British Isles, but have been manually edited to remove embankments etc.).

This dataset consists of the Digital Terrain Model 10m resolution data (DTM10) from the NEXTMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap. These data have a spatial resolution of 5m and cover the British Isles.
-
This dataset consists of the Digital Terrain Model 50m resolution data (DTM10) from the NEXTMap British Digital Terrain Model project produced by Intermap. These data have a spatial resolution of 50m and cover the British Isles.

This record consists of 5 different datasets covering the Alexander Island region of Antarctica: coastline (including grounding line and ice shelf fronts), contours, spot heights, rock outcrop and lakes. The data have been produced for a new topographic map of Alexander Island at 1:500,000 scale, produced by the Mapping and Geographic Information Centre, British Antarctic Survey. The data are suitable for a 1:500,000 scale map but may be suitable for larger scales in certain areas. They have been created from source data ranging from 2022 - 2025. The data primarily cover Alexander Island, and also cover Rothschild, Charcot and Latady islands, as well as Wilkins and George VI ice shelves, and the Rymill Coast section of Palmer Land on the Antarctic Peninsula. The datasets were created using a mixture of GIS software, primarily digitised from Sentinel-2 satellite imagery or extracted from high resolution, published elevation models. Exact details of each dataset can be found in the lineage statements.
