This dataset contains 13C and 15N data for organic soil profiles (organic horizons to top of E horizon) at two of the MOORCO experimental tree planting sites in North East Scotland (Glensaugh and Ballogie). This dataset provides nightly values for activity of two Pipistrelle bat species (Pipistrellus pipistrellus and Pipistrellus pygmaeus) with associated weather and weekly potential food resource data. Bat activity was recorded continually on three ultrasonic acoustic loggers for 185 days (31/04 to 01/11/2014) in an upland pine forest in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland.
