- Statement
- Decomposition was measured seven times from 2013 to 2017 (start point of collection period: February 2013, February 2014, July 2016, October 2016, February 2017 and May 2017). Samples were weighed using the same balance each time, at the SMARTRI Libo research station, near Pekanbaru, Indonesia and the samples remain stored there at the time of data submission. Basic data checks were carried out (checks for impossible values, such as sample collection dates occurring before sample deposit dates). We have error-checked 50% of the 2016 to 2017 data entry against the original field sheets, finding an acceptable error rate of <1% and correcting errors when we encountered them. All changes were recorded and that information remains with the dataset.
