Report
- Dataset Reference Date ()
- 2010-12-08
- Statement
- Soil samples were collected from 32 grassland sites across the United Kingdom. Total soil DNA was extracted from field moist soil. Extracted DNA was subject to taxonomic amplicon sequencing and bioinformatics processing at the facilities of the Molecular Ecology Group, Centre for Ecology & Hydrology, Wallingford. The compiled data set was exported as a comma separated value file for deposition into the EIDC.
