This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during March 1977. It incorporates CTD profiles collected at an array of moored instrument sites in the northern Irish Sea. The data were collected by the Institute of Oceanographic Sciences Bidston Laboratory.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during August 1979. It incorporates measurements for a density survey around moored instrument arrays in the North Channel and on the Malin Shelf. The data were collected by the Institute of Oceanographic Sciences Bidston Laboratory.

This dataset comprises 33 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a salinity-temperature-depth (STD) sensor package, during June - July 1977. It incorporates four shelf stations of the Ellett Line/Anton Dohrn Seamount section; a section on the continental shelf between St Kilda and Barra Head; a section south of Barra Head to Stanton Banks and a number of stations between the North Channel and the Little Minch. The data were collected by the Scottish Marine Biological Association.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during May 1994 in the Irish Sea. The data were collected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Lowestoft Fisheries Laboratory.
-
The dataset comprises 19 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea area specifically the Firth of Forth including the Wee Bankie and Marr Bank, during June of 1998. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.
-
The dataset comprises 54 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea area specifically the Orkney area, during May of 1998. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.

The dataset comprises 45 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea area including specifically the Northern North Sea, the Central North Sea and Moray Firth. The data were collected during August of 1998. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.

The dataset comprises 79 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea and the Inner Seas off the west coast of Scotland areas specifically 13 sea lochs in the Outer Hebrides and the mainland, during December of 1998. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.

The dataset comprises 4 hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, from across the North Sea, Inner Seas off the west coast of Scotland and the North East Atlantic Ocean (limit 40W) areas including specifically Shetland, North Minch and the Moray Firth. The data were collected during January of 1999. A complete list of all data parameters are described by the SeaDataNet Parameter Discovery Vocabulary (PDV) keywords assigned in this metadata record. The data were collected by the Fisheries Research Services Aberdeen Marine Laboratory.

This dataset comprises hydrographic data profiles, collected by a conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensor package, during January - February 1997. It incorporates a CTD survey in the Moray Firth. The data were collected by the Scottish Office Agriculture Environment and Fisheries Department Aberdeen Marine Laboratory to complement a pelagic fish survey to detemine biomass and distribution. The latter included surveys of clupeids and sandeels, top predators, and plankton and these data are not held a the British Oceanographic Data Centre.
