This data was collected from co-evolving bacterial populations containing Pseudomonas fluorescens strain SBW25 and a plasmid, pQBR57. The composition of the community was tracked using flow cytometry to distinguish 1) an unlabelled wild type strain 2) a dTomato compensated host (SBW25 KO PFLU4242), and 3) a wild type host bearing a Green fluorescent protein (GFP) labelled compensated plasmid (pQBR57 KO 0059). These files represent the model build used to generate postcode level concentrations to estimate Aspergillus fumigatus exposure from outdoor composting activities in England between 2005 and 2014. Each file, named after the nearest SCAIL-Agriculture validated meteorological station used to model the outputs, contains modelled concentrations at composting sites within 4km of each composting site. These files, presented as.txt, are the .APL files used to model bioaerosol dispersion from every composting site in England, using ADMS 5. To use this file, please convert the .txt file extension to .APL and upload into ADMS. From there, press run. Model runs are likely to generate over 40GB of data per model run. This dataset contains Dissolved oxygen concentrations from two different locations in Durleigh Reservoir in Somerset, England. Two miniDOT oxygen loggers were fitted with miniWIPERs and deployed at two locations in Durleigh on 30 May 2018. Both sensors were collected on 5 October 2018 and the raw data files are presented in this dataset. The data set shows the modelled change of soil organic carbon under different managements in agriculture for different climate scenarios globally. Dataset includes the change to a business as usual scenario for different soil managements for each decade from 2030 to 2100. The resource consists of cartesian coordinates, expressed in units of pixels, for fish swimming individually, in groups of six individuals, and in groups of six individuals while presented repeatedly with a food stimulus delivering two food items until satiation. The fish were filmed from above with a high resolution video camera. The data were generated from the images and video using automated two-dimensional tracking software. The data were collected between September 2019 and March 2020 in a controlled fish laboratory at the University of Bristol by the data authors. The data were collected to test how individual temperament and the acquisition of knowledge and satiation interact when animals make foraging decisions in groups. There are instances where one or more fish in a frame could not be tracked. Where such instances occur are indicated in the data files. The research was funded through NERC grant NE/P012639/1 Hunger and knowledge: foraging decisions in an uncertain and social world. All procedures regarding the use of animals in research followed United Kingdom guidelines and were approved by the University of Bristol Ethical Review Group (UIN UB/17/060). The data were collected between July and August 2017 in a controlled fish laboratory at the University of Bristol by the data authors. This dataset consists of monthly spatial patterns of meteorological change for 34 Global Circulation Models (GCMs). The patterns are a set of regression coefficients, each representing the change per degree of mean global warming over land, for the corresponding meteorological variable. The meteorological variables analysed for each GCM include: surface temperature change per degree global warming (K K-1); surface relative humidity change per degree global warming (percentage of K-1); wind change per degree global warming (m s-1 K-1); longwave change per degree global warming (W m-2 K 1); shortwave change per degree global warming (W m-2 K-1); precipitation change per degree global warming (mm day-1 K-1) and pressure change per degree global warming (hPa K-1). The supporting information document associated with this metadata includes parameters for an energy balance model (IMOGEN EBM) that calculates the amount of global warming. Each GCM output has been re-mapped on to UKMO-HadCM3 grid, with resolution of 3.75° longitude and 2.5° latitude; this produces a surface spatial resolution of about 417 km E-W x 278 km N-S, reducing to 295 km E-W x 278 km N-S at 45° North and South. This corresponds to 1631 land points, each of which has a row in the provided data files. The data presented here is calibration of IMOGEN EBM parameters and patterns against 34 GCMs in the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project phase 5 (CMIP5) GCM ensemble. The dataset contains the outputs from 3D spherical incompressible mantle convection models. Included outputs, such as visualisation files (to use with open-source software ParaView), allow to analyse the links between the thermal evolution of the mantle and the preservation of geochemical heterogeneity. The data is linked to the manuscript titled "Geodynamic Controls on Mantle Differentiation and Preservation of Long-Term Geochemical Heterogeneity: Focus on the Primitive Undegassed Mantle”. The dataset gathers outputs to produce the figures of the article and post-processing scripts. It also includes the necessary input files and executables needed to reproduce the geodynamic simulations. More details in the README.md file.
