Statement

Methodology:

The gridded product have been generated from swath processing of CryoSat data, gridded using a regression accounting for time-dependant surface elevation change. The methodology is described in details in:

Data collection:

CryoSat-2 spaceborne interferometric radar altimeter.

Data quality:

Validation against operation ice bridge airborne laser altimeter returns a mean difference of 0.8 m, a median difference of 0.3 m, a standard deviation of 75.4 m and a median absolute deviation of 2.8 m.
