Geophysical equipment types used included: Echo Sounder. Sample equipment types used included: Corer: Rock Gravity, Corer: Sediment Gravity, Corer: Vibrocorer and Grab: Shipek. George Wimpey and Co Ltd was contracted to undertake the survey on behalf of British Geological Survey. Information for this survey is sourced from BGS report WB/MC/69/1. Anchored vessel. Sampling equipment; Vibracorer (20 foot barrel); gravity corer and shipek grab. Navigation Decca Mark 12 system. Accuracy details contained in report.
