Statement

Spatial data and primary keys are derived entirely from DiGMapGB-50V6 surface file. All additional attribute content is derived from expert assessment of lexicon /memoir and engineering descriptions of rock/deposits. The 1km version of the dataset utilises a vector grid overlay derived from National Grid coordinated.
