Commission Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010 of 23 November 2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards interoperability of spatial data sets and services
2010-12-08
Data have been collected by Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (CEH) staff on the Isle of May using standardised methods since 1987, and this work has continued to the present as part of the Isle of May Long-term Study (IMLOTS; https://www.ceh.ac.uk/our-science/projects/isle-may-long-term-study). In 2017, as part of a project funded by Statoil, data on diet of common guillemot and razorbill were collected at two additional sites, East Caithness Special Protection Area and Buchan Ness to Collieston Coast Special Protection Area. The data provided are prey items destined for the chicks or as display fish. The full methodology is available in the contextual metadata, which can be found attached to this record. These data are quality checked by scientific staff. We recommend that CEH staff are consulted prior to their use.
