Energy fluxes were measured with an Apogee SN-500 net radiometer. Air temperature and relative humidity were measured using a Vaisala HMP155 temperature and humidity probe. Soil temperature and moisture were measured using a METER TEROS 11 temperature and moisture probe. Data was logged with a Campbell Scientific CR1000X datalogger. Fluxes were calculated using EddyPro7 V7.0.6 software. Outliers were removed and gap-filling was done according to a standardized workflow. See the supporting information for more details.
